Hello and welcome! My name is Calandra Berry, and I am excited to be your 6th Grade English Language Arts (ELA) teacher for the 2026–2027 school year at Harlem Middle School.
I am new to Harlem Middle School, and I couldn't be more excited to join this wonderful school community. I look forward to getting to know my students and their families while building meaningful relationships throughout the year.
My goal is to create a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed. In our classroom, we will explore exciting stories, strengthen our reading and writing skills, think critically, and grow together as confident learners. I believe every student has unique strengths, and I am committed to helping each one reach their full potential.
