Parent Portal Instructions
If you are new to Columbia County or new to Parent Portal, you must first get an activation key to set up your account.
You can obtain the activation key here by providing your child's date of birth and SSN.
Once you have the activation key, you need to activate it here. After activation is complete, you can set up your account with a username and password.
Parent Volunteer Information
By Georgia law, all parent volunteers must complete training each school year.
1. Download the Parent Volunteer Form below. Print out the form or pick one up at the school office.
2. Watch this 5 minute video.
3. Fill out the form and sign in two places.
4. Turn in the form to the school office.
5. Show a picture ID.
