About Mrs. Hinton
Hello Harlem Middle School Bulldogs! My name is Desiree Hinton, and I am a seventh grade Math Teacher at Harlem Middle School. This is my eighth year teaching, and my fifth year at Harlem Middle.
I am originally from Acworth, GA and I attended Georgia Southern University. During my time at GSU, I became a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. My husband Ben and I have been married for 10 years and have four amazing children, Roland, Eli, Cora Mae, and Rosaleigh. Roland is in fifth grade, Eli is in fourth grade, Cora Mae is in second grade, and Rosaleigh is our baby. My children love to see "the big kids" at HMS every morning as they wait for the bus.

In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy a variety of hobbies such as swimming, photography, and watching my children play sports. Roland and Eli love to play football and Cora Mae enjoys cheering. My family loves to travel and especially enjoy going to the beach during the summer.
