Parent Volunteer Information 

 

By Georgia law, all parent volunteers must complete training each school year.  

 

1. Download the Parent Volunteer Form below.  Print out the form or pick one up from the front office. 

2. Watch this 5 minute video. 

3. Fill out the form and sign in two places. 

4. Turn in the form to the school office. 

5. Show a picture ID.
